If you are not happy with an item purchased online, please contact us immediately for instructions on exchanging/returning your item for store credit.
You can ship the item back to us in original, unworn condition
and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for exchange or
store credit. One of a Kind rings that have been sized, as well as
custom orders are FINAL SALE.
- All our Jewelry is 100% Irish and has a specific Irish Hallmark related to 14K, 18K, and Platinum.
We do our best to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase.
We cannot accept any return of customized jewelry including:
- Special Orders commissioned by you
- Pieces that have been personalized with your engraving
To avoid the delay involved in resizing your ring, we do everything we can to get the right fit for you first time. If your ring doesn’t fit as you would like, we will resize it for you up or down one size, free of charge.
If the size difference is more than +/- one size, a delivery charge fee will apply.

All returned jewelry must be unworn and sent with original documentation and packaging.
